What Is an Industrial Registry Certificate?

• Under Article 2 of Industrial Registry Law No. 6948, an industrial enterprise must obtain an Industrial Registry Certificate within two months from the date it starts operating.
• It is a document valid for 2 years.
• It provides VAT exemption for machinery purchases.
• It provides a 25% discount on electricity bills.

Key Documents for Application

• Capacity Report: A valid report approved by the relevant Chamber of Industry or Commerce.
• Industrial Registry Declaration: Sansic A and Sansic C forms entered into the Industrial Registry Information System.
• Annual Operating Statement: Sansic B form recorded in the system. It contains data for the last 1 year.
• Trade / Tradesmen Registry Gazette: Trade Registry Gazette or Tradesmen Registry Gazette showing your company's title, address, and fields of activity.

• Visa procedures, large-scale enterprises: 2,510.00 TL
