What Is an Industrial Registry Certificate?
- Under Article 2 of Industrial Registry Law No. 6948, an industrial enterprise must obtain an Industrial Registry Certificate within two months from the date it starts operating.
- It is a document valid for 2 years.
- It provides VAT exemption for machinery purchases.
- It provides a 25% discount on electricity bills.

- Capacity Report: A valid report approved by the relevant Chamber of Industry or Commerce.
- Industrial Registry Declaration: Sansic A and Sansic C forms entered into the Industrial Registry Information System.
- Annual Operating Statement: Sansic B form recorded in the system. It contains data for the last 1 year.
- Trade / Tradesmen Registry Gazette: Trade Registry Gazette or Tradesmen Registry Gazette showing your company's title, address, and fields of activity.
