The capacity report is valid for two years from its approval date.
Who Can Obtain a Capacity Report?
Manufacturing companies registered with the trade registry and enrolled in the relevant chamber for their workplace may apply for a capacity report.
Companies that wish to apply can complete the process more easily with consulting support.

Which Documents Are Required?
For a Capacity Report application, company information and certain corporate documents are requested for the application file. Although these documents are generally similar, some documents and forms may vary depending on the relevant chamber.

- Capacity Report Information Form
- Machinery and Equipment List
- Copy of the signature circular showing that the applicant is authorized to represent the company
- Latest monthly e-declaration or service statement showing the number of insured employees
- Copy of title deed or lease agreement
- Latest monthly electricity bill
- Quality and trademark registration documents or certificates, if available
- Copy of any previously issued capacity report, if available
- Copy of tax plate
- Proof of payment for the capacity report approval fee

How Much Is the Capacity Report Fee?
To obtain a capacity report, separate fees are paid to TOBB, the affiliated chamber, and the expert.
The TOBB Capacity Report Fee for 2026 is 8,500.00 TL.
